My apologies for not keeping this up-to-date. Here are the additional features made available in Version 2.0.3 of Prep Learning Profile

- Ability to print an individual Observation
- Support for Video and Audio
- Option to include/exclude Judgements on Student reports
- Option to include/exclude Parent comments Box on Student and Project reports
- Print Preview for Student and Project reports
- Popup menu of Learning Statements, Strands and Outcomes for quicker access
- Outcomes added through to Level 6
- Support for external proxy servers (Tested on EQ proxy)
- Layout of Project Report and Learning Statement/Strand Summary tidied up
- Tested with MOE

Version 2.0.4 is underway. I'll post back here when it is available.

Development has been a bit crazy for different reasons. We are now at version 2.0.7 and this is available to everyone as a free download. If you need any help upgrading to 2.0.7, please give us a call.

The following features are now available:

- Project Comments flow through to Participants' Portfolios (configurable)
- Individual Student Tracking Reports
- Cut, Copy and Paste facilities for Observations, Summary Judgements and Project Comments
- Media on Class Observations
- Simplified Installation, Setup and Upgrade processes
- Burn Student Portfolios to CD
- Add media to Summaries and Early Learning Record
- Import and Export individual Students and Projects
- Use Phase Descriptors and Examples of Behaviours to assist with Judgements
- Simplified Manual Synchronisation process
- Faster loading for large schools
- Ability to control access to curriculum elements

The planned upgrade for Prep Learning Profile for 2008 has been released.

This is version 2.0.8 and is available to all registered users as a free download.

The following features are now available:

- Split photo database into individual files (reduce space).

- Reuses the same file where media has been copied (bulk observation, copy/paste, project-folio link).

- Files are encrypted and not readable outside of the application.
- Attach documents to Observations and Project Comments.

- e.g. .doc, .docx, .xls, .xlsx, .ppt, .pptx, .pub, .pdf, .csv, .txt
- Archiving.

- Compact database.
- Handling of further video file types.
- Option to have student’s given names only appear on Project Report.
- Vista UAC warning on installation.
- Fix

- Teacher Name on student reports no longer outputs previous year’s teacher.

- Parent comments box can no longer be split over two pages.

- Media captions with newline character now handled by CD slid show.

- Better handling of printers’ paper sizes across printers.

- Improve memory usage on printing.
