Issue running PLP on a newly installed MOE computer

If you receive an error message similar to the following:

A Fatal Error has occurred while loading the database ... Could not find file - System.EnterpriseServices.Wrapper.dll

Please close the error and follow the instructions below:

Click on the 'Start' button and goto the 'Control Panel'.
Double-click on the 'Add or Remove Programs' icon.
Click on the program named 'Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0'
Click on the 'Change/Remove' button.
Select the 'Repair' option and click 'Next'.

This can take a few minutes and when completed should correct the issue and you should be able to run PLP.
