Currently PLP does not have a report that matches the standard format introduced in 2007. PLPs main design objective was to assist Prep teachers with organising and presenting Student and Project information as evidence and has since been enhanced to support years 1-3 through Strands & Outcomes.

 It is however possible to use the tools currently available to assist teachers (particularly 1-3) in transferring Summary Judgement information of Strands & Outcomes from PLP across to either:

• Standard Student Report Microsoft Word templates; or
• other commercial report packages.

Requirements:

3. Standard Report template - Can be found @ http://education.qld.gov.au/strategic/accountability/performance/templates.html

Instructions:

1. It's important that you have already made Summary Judgements for all appropriate Strands Levels. Please follow PLPs own online help document for specific instructions in making Summary Judgements based on evidence of observations.
2. Run the Strand Level Record report for each student (1-3) you require standard reporting for. NOTE: Print the report to a PDF printer.
3. The PDF printer will prompt you to save the file as a PDF to a location on your network.
4. Open the PDF file.
5. At the same time open the standard report template document (or commercial report package).
6. For each Strand Level record of importance, copy the Summary Judgement and comment from the PDF document and paste into the standard report template.
7. Repeat 1 - 6 for each student.
